Heartburn= Pregnancy?

Well I’m just throwing this out there. I’m one birth control pills, and we use the pull-out when we don’t have condoms, and my period wasn’t late and I took two home pregnancy tests and they were negative. But the past week I’ve been getting this horrible heartburn and I never get heartburn. SO what could be causing it if I’m not pregnant?

Im not trying to be funny but you sure your breast arnt just growing?
Major heartburn was my first sign of being pregnant, so it’s possible…
But if you didn’t miss a period and got a negative test, it’s highly unlikely to be the problem.
Ulcers. Gastrointestinal disease. Chronic Heartburn.
U wouldnt get heartburn if u are barely preg.
I never got heartburn before either not even when I was prego and no heartburn med. was helping, so I went to the dr for it and he made me go get a blood test and I had this bacteria in my stomach that was giving me it so I had to be on antibiotics. good luck
well..as am typing am sitting next to 2litres of milk to help ease my heart burn,am pregnant by the way,so you might be too,go to the doctor for a test
